Sharon Diekemper is the director of Mediation St. Louis, Inc. She serves in the capacity of mediator, educator, therapist, and trainer. She has served as the Clinical Coordinator of an Employee Assistance Program in the St. Louis Area for over 20 years and continues as a consultant to local and National EAP's, unions, and Individual Companies providing mediation, management training, supervision, and utilization review.
Sharon has been a practicing Mediator for 20 years mediating personnel disputes and has expanded her practice to include Family Business, and Family Personal Issues (Divorce, Modification of Post-Divorce Issues; EEOC issues in Companies; Pre-Litigation Issues in Companies (Employer/Employee, Employee/Employee); Mediation of Title II, and Title III American Disability Act through the Dept. of Justice, and Victim/Offender Mediation through the St. Louis County Courts System.
Sharon's expertise includes facilitating couples, individuals, and families in skill building in conflict resolution ; training and counseling workgroups on issues related to sexual harassment, and Discrimination under the American Disability Act. She has had experience with more than 100 companies.
She has in the past served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Meramec Community College and Fontbonne University. Her current Affiliations include Association of Conflict Resolution, American Counseling Association, Association of Family Court and Conciliators, MARCH Mediation State of Missouri Mediator; Missouri Mediator Association.
