How it Works...

The parties meet together with the mediator, in an informal setting.

It is the Mediator's Job to help the parties consider any areas of concern they may have.

It is Mediator's Job is to help the parties create the best solution to the individuals needs, whether it be a family issue or organizational or work related issue.

The Mediator will help the parties examine areas of agreement, as well as, disagreement.

The parties can expect the Mediator to take an impartial position in the Mediation.

The Mediator may challenge the participants to consider options outside the ordinary set of solutions.

The parties can expect matters to be kept confidential.

The Mediator encourages respectful communication and provides the appropriate forum for this to take place.

The length of the Mediation process depends upon the timetable of the participants.

The Parties control the decision making and building of solutions.
